Brightwheel Voice Dictation

This is the app that makes me open notifications the fastest. It's brightwheel 🌈 — a communications app for early education. My toddler's daycare uses it to send photos and updates about his day.

As a parent I get activity logs, meals, bathroom times. What I'm missing: who is he today? Is he building a friendship with someone? What can I keep growing at home?

The first concept removes duplicates for a single child, puts the calendar front and center, and makes the main CTA context-relevant per child.

Built with FigmaMake. Teachers use voice dictation to jog their memory of the day and note things about specific children. The app organizes it into individual updates that parents receive at their preferred cadence — weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
