When I spot a problem nobody's named yet, I'm the one who steps in and gets the right people in a room before the direction is set.

That's how I've led the push to set company-wide direction on AI, and to turn our fastest-growing channel into a product in its own right. It was running on a tool built for web, the side of the business that was dying, so I made the case for a separate one and grew mobile's share of revenue from 12% to 21% in a year.

That instinct is older than my design career. It started in sales, policy, and a company I co-founded, which is why the business case is usually where I start.
